The Barbados Land Registry has launched its new user friendly website that offers information on legislation, land registry forms and general information on procedures of the Department.
This should be a welcomed addition to the Department’s offering, as it has often been a matter of debate in the general public. The site also offers some insight into the attendant legislation that governs the land registry in Barbados and specifically ‘The legislative basis for the new system of adjudication & registration of titles to land’.
Information on fees is also readily available, and fees for services ranging from examination of records to searching for records are outlined.
