One of the largest south coast developments with prime beachfront land in Barbados should be completed by the end of this month. The multimillion dollar property called The Condominums at Palm Beach should be completed by the end of September. This is the word from the sales office of the South Coast property.

The condominium property which started construction in 2006 features a gym, swimming pools and every possible modern amenity.  It should also be a great and welcomed addition to the room stock along the South Coast tourist belt. The initial costs of the project was $82 million.

Up until April this year sales for the development were going according to expectations. The condominium development sits on five acres and is nestled between two popular South Coast hotels, Amaryllis and Coconut Court.

Units on the property start at $1 million and one of the major selling points of them has been their spaciousness. Moreover, the property boasts of generating major interests for investors from the Caribbean, particularly Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago.

This condominium development comprises of 39 three-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom units, beachfront views, swimming pools, a fitness centre, a restaurant and shops.
