With the commercial side set to usher in business at Limegrove Lifestyle Centre developer of the mixed use property is reporting that the majority of the scheme will be open for December 2010.
This is the word from Paul Altman the mastermind behind one of the newest property developments set to hit Barbados west coast at the end of 2010.
Altman told Bimre, “We will have the majority of scheme open for December. Its about 80 per cent of the space available. Out of that we have close to 70 per cent taken out of that 80 per cent. So if you took that 80 per cent as 100 % we would be at 80 per cent plus tenanted.”
Altman acknowledge that they still have space for select tenants. He added, “We want to have a mixture of merchandise, events for items that occur at Limegrove.”
Limegrove has been described as a true all in one location where buyers can live, work and party.
The property is also set to be host to some of the international business firms that have already made Barbados part of their home. Meanwhile, a nightclub, cinemas and other offerings will be on hand for the relaxed element of lifestyle centre.
