Renting a week is not enough. Don't forget to stay really sharp Crane sales sings the resort's praises. Remember resale and liquidity considerations in general. When they say you'll be able to sell on your own, just ask how many owners have been able to unload their property privately. When they assure you that they'll be able to sell your property for just 20% commission (10% for full ownership), ask why they offer a "premium listing" plan that charges 20 - 30% commission. Indeed, why does this option even exist, and how does one justify these rates? In short, do these properties run up against liquidity problems should an owner have to sell? Sure, nice view, etc., but don't be seduced into buying any Crane property before presenting some really hard-boiled questions.

Barbados is home to a lot of different timeshare resorts and you can find a lot of owners looking to sell or rent their Barbados timeshares on websites like SellMyTimeshareNow.com. Sometimes it's nice to rent a week before making the commitment to purchase.
