Apes Hill – A luxurious golf and polo community
Apes Hill Villa
The Development
The Caribbean’s Premier Golf and Polo Community at Apes Hill Club has a richly diverse landscape of rolling meadows, dense forest and coral stone quarries, creating a dramatic setting for the community’s homes. Apes Hill has been carefully planned so that each residence may take maximum advantage of the view, the nature and the space.
The land plan ensures that a home purchaser can enjoy space, with single-family lots ranging in size from 1/3 of an acre to 1 ¼ acres.
The Location
The 470-acre parcel that comprises Apes Hill, atop one of the island’s high points, has been divided into eight neighborhoods, with each neighborhood named after a 17th-century plantation field name. The community’s design and landscaping have been inspired by the natural features of the area and are designed to blend with the site’s ecology. Due to the exceptional natural beauty of the former plantation, two-thirds of the club’s acreage will remain as open space.
